Your rank and score is good.Ranks around 300 have a chance to get VLSI in old Town it's.You have a good chance of getting admission for VLSI in old IITs such as IIT Bombay,IIT KHARAGPUR,IIT MADRAS,etc but you have to wait for some rounds during Counselling.

And You can get calls from PSUs too such as PowerGrid,NTPC,IOCL,DRDO,HPCL,RITES,etc.
