See now the counselling for state quota seats of Rajasthan is in second phase and refund of fee is only considered till first phase if the candidate cancels the allotted seat withing specified time but now you cannot get refund of any of your deposited amount if you do not join the allotted but if you join it then you will be refunded the security fee but counselling registration fee of Rs.2000/- shall not be refunded under any circumstances as it is counselling fee.

So now if you are not satisfied with the seat then you can leave it but you will have to forfeit the security deposit of Rs. 50,000/-.
