This is the State quota cut-off. Since your OBC rank is 12,150 you have a fair chance to get admission as the cutoffs this year are lower than last year.

The cutoff score for 85% quota is 545 for BCOP  category. No one, as of now, has got a seat this year in All India quota from OBC category.
Cutoff for OBC seats however isn't given but since it is generally lesser, so you do have chances of selection. Kindly attend the counselling in every round.
