You have not specified that rank you have secured is of JEE Mains or of JEE Advanced.If that marks is of JEE Mains then you can definitely get a seat in GFTIs and IIITs.If that is of JEE Advanced then you are not getting a seat into IITs because that is off too high marks.

I am sorry to tell you that it is not possible for you to get a seat in any NIT, your branch being specific, i.e Civil( although a seat in other branches is not available). But, do not worry. You have got many other options out there. You should search for various private engineering institutions. There are several private colleges which give admission on the basis of JEE mains' score. And some other colleges have their own entrance examinations. Check out for those colleges. You can use the college predictor link for the same-
