You can try in private colleges. You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. you need to apply separately for them.

You can try for private colleges of Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana etc with this score and also tell have you given any other engineering entrance?

I have also given JEE Barch and scored 184/390.What's about its cut off for the recommended colleges.
