Your rank is good enough to qualify for a seat for B.sc agriculture through the TS EAMCET, however, it would be hard for you to secure a free seat, as most of the free seats are reserved for the students with higher ranks, however you should register for the counseling and see what colleges offer you a seat for B.sc agriculture and you may be able to secure a free seat in some college.
