Start revising your subjects in college from now on and look for the pattern of different competitive exams you can sit for to get a job so that you don't have to completely depend upon college to provide you jobs.

Then start practicing aptitude questions and English grammar and English verbal questions from books like Arun Sharma to prepare yourself for the company aptitude exams.

Speak in English more often and participate in group discussions at college to improve your English speaking skills.
