Hello there!
I can totally understand what you might be going through.
Just take a breath first.
Make a list of the few important chapters and try to understand the concept well.
Also try to start with the easy chapters first and then move to the next one.
Also while understanding concepts, try to solve the similar concept numericals.
Try fingertips and past years paper for the same.
Also, if it too gets difficult. Take a numerical and try to understand how it is solved by looking at the solution. Then try to solve it again by yourself.
In case, of difficulty feel free to ask.

i am very poor at physics...i am a jee aspirant..when it comes to solving mcqs i cant even identify the method that should
be applied to get the answer....can u suggest me on how to solve mcqs,,and try to identify the method that should be applied to solve mcqs
