Roshan, if the Community you belong to is listed in the Central OBC list of your State, then you have to select OBC Category as your Category in your All India Counselling application. If it is there, you have to select OBC Category or else you have to select General Category. But during State Counselling, you can select OBC Category and sub Category as "B".
