State government and central government had different list of reserved categories and they provide relaxation according to their on list. As you have mentioned you are sheikh so you are eligible to receive obc reservation in andhra Pradesh state government exam or any policy beneficial for obc in andhra pradesh. But according to central list sheikhs are not considered as obc so you will be treated as general category in all central government exam and colleges university, jobs.
So you will not get any relaxation in central according to their list
