I'm sorry to say that there are not a college that teach mechanobiology in India. 

But there are several institute that teaches mechanobiology.

The institutes are-

1. National university of Singapore.

2. Northeastern university .

3.Boston university

4. Imperial college of London.

5.Oregon state University.

To join these courses you have to sit for GRE and TOEFL .

And your GPA should not less than 9.
