The candidate who would attain or will attain the age of 17 (seventeen) years as on the 31st of December of the year of admission (2021) will be eligible for AIIMS 2021 which will be also applied for you too. So, Yes you will be eligible for AIIMS 2021.

The criteria is you should be completing 18 years by 01/01/2021 . If you are completing this criteria then yes you are eligible to give neet in 2021 it's not a big deal . The problem is to crack NEET. It's really difficult. While you can check the official website of aiims to be more precise about th details.
