Dear Ismail, you havent mentioned your Category. 40% is the minimum aggregate required in Physics, Chemistry and Biology if you belong to OBC,SC,ST. It is 50% for General Category and 45% for PWD. You should complete 10+2, pass each subject individually and then score the required aggregate against your Category. With this you are eligible to participate in NEET. You can appear for NEET if you are appearing for 12th standard in 2020 but only 12th marks are calculated and not 11ths.
