To be eligible for Neet 2022 one must be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2022 and with your date of birth on 28 June 2005 you fulfill this criteria and thus you will be eligible for Neet 2022  with your date of birth as you will be 17 years old on 28th June 2022 itself.

Also to be eligible,

you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (in both the theory and practical)  with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if you belong to general category , or  at least  45% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to ph category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
