CEC means three subjects are  Civics, Economics and Commerce in two years of their intermediate. CEC students can also choose mainstream courses like BA, B.Com.

But generally no one can do double intermediate if they are not failed the subject. So I'll suggest you go for BA or Bcom study. You can go for BBA, BCA. It will be better for you.
