Go through this link to know about your rank (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rankchecker). You can also use this formula to calculate your rank through percentile,

Probable Rank = (100- percentile score) X 413284 /100

With your percentile, I guess your rank would be approximately 20k-25k. That's actually a fine rank. For the cut-off lists of previous years, go through this link and you would get all the cutoff for all the colleges, https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff.
