As per your rank you do have some chances for getting a seat in some decent college.
But definitely you won't be able to get the top/best colleges under JEE.
Also, it will be difficult for you to get admission in one of the NITs/IIITs.
However you can try for the GFTIs , you will definitely be able to make it to one of them.
