Amrita University is a pretty decent college but not many core companies visit the campus. It's very good for pursuing a course in computer science but for chemical engineering the job opportunities from the campus are a little less. But the quality of education there is very good and even if you don't get a placement from campus you can easily get a job by applying for a company.
