You can take that caste certificate at the time of counselling process. As you have submitted the receipt during the document verification you can't upload it now as the site may be closed. You can upload it at the time of counselling to the counselling authorities. Tell them your problem they will take your certificate. Or you can upload it directly to your college when you get a college.
