According to your rank,you may get some lower branches like Mechanical,civil, electrical etc. in Nits/IIIts/Gftis.

Now your first preference while applying for Josaa should be depend on your interest like which college you want etc.

So choose the best colleges and branches first and then move to some lower colleges so that if you not get seat in top colleges then you might get lower colleges.

Don't forget to select your home state college as chances are higher in that college.

You should have mentioned your home state too. However as per previous years' cutoff you may get following NITs with home state quota.
