yes you may take admission in m.tech courses by participating in counselling process for admission. for nits you need to apply for ccmt counselling,

to admission in iits you have apply for individually in iits official website.

also there is many individual admission in university comes like jadavpur university, vellore institute of technology, lovely professional university, thapar institute of engineering and management etc.

also tspgecet and ap pgecet has separate counselling process for gate score holders.
