Hi Ramesh

As far as PGCET is concerned, candidate must score a minimum of 30 marks out of 120 marksi.e 25% of the marks for General/UR cateogary. One should always keep in mind that cut-offs vary each and every year, which depend on factors like number of applicants, number of seats available, difficulty level of entrance test, etc. Students need to pay fee for private institutions whereas in government universities it is free and students might get scholarship too.

Top Universities which offer M.Tech course in VLSI are:

  • JNTU Kakinada
  • Vignan University
  • Gitam University
  • KL college of Engineering, Guntur
  • JNTU Anantapur
  • Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Tirupati

All the best
