You will face no problem to get admission in DU LLB if you are a gap year student bit all you need is to submit the required documents , as mentioned in the DU LLB guidelines. And yes , the dicuments are also necessary for one  year gap students as a gap is a gap , no matter it is of one year or of 10 years. You have to submit the documents in both the cases. And  the documenf that is needed is the gap year affidavit. And it just needs ariund 200 INRs and can get it made easily.

Yes, it is necessary that you should submit a gap affidavit if you have dropped a year after class 12th or your graduation. It is not much of a problem to get it made.
