I am sorry to inform you that based criteria for jee main, since you haven't mentioned your OBC NCL category, although you obtained its certificate now, you cannot change it and you have to go for counselling with general category only and from now if you are filling any new forms you can apply with your OBC NCL category.

A candidate is provided two timings to fill our category in JEE Main. The first time we get is the time during registration. At that time we have to select the category which you belong to. The second time is the duration during which correction window is open. We can enter the details which got left due to any reason or the details which we entered by mistake can be rectified. You have missed both the opportunities to enter your category. Therefore, from now onwards for all the procedures you will be treated as General category.
