Bce category under OBC category reservation. So you are under the OBC category in your state . If you have state reservation certificate it's applicable in any central related work or examination. Because central have no issue about your state category certificate. And you can get EWS certificate also if you are under EWS category student. If your family income less than 8 lakh per annum then you can apply for it.
