Hey!

the scope is of variety

Academic jobs in govt. institutions.
Food Safety Officer jobs in State govt and FSSAI.
Scientist jobs
Specialist officers in IBPS.
Patent Examiner etc. However opportunities in govt sector are very limited and most of the food tech jobs are concentrated in the private sector.
Assistant Manager in NABARD.

it is also good to do mtech food tech after bio tech. you will get jobs in both fields. but there are less universities that offer them
