2) IGNOU - this is for distance learning , admission form release in march on wards.

The admission to the most state university or affiliated colleges provides the admission to the BSc courses through the Merit list of 10+2.  Apart from this some of the universities such as IISER's, IISc, IIT's, DU, BHU etc conducts entrance test for the admission to some of the BSc courses.
