Hi! If you mistakenly selected PCM during your Session 1 registration for BITSAT but wish to appear with PCB for pursuing pharmacy, you may get an opportunity to correct it during the application correction window—provided the exam authority allows editing for that session. If you apply separately for Session 2, you can fill in the correct details (PCB) at that time. However, the ability to change from PCM to PCB is subject to official guidelines, so it is important to carefully check the correction rules mentioned on the official website before proceeding.
