Are you asking about seat in college.
If yes then I would say yes you can get a seat if have more than the cut off marks for your category.

I have got 7222 rank I my st catagory ..plz tell is there any chance to get seat in any NIT colleges

You have a good rank .
According to JoSAA there are 18000 seats in NITs.
So there is a bright chance that you will get any NIT college.
You can check the cutoff at www.careers360.com .
Try for them.
