Yes you can take admission in Jadavpur university through wbjee. But you need to keep this in mind that you will not get any reservation according to your category or domicile advantages even. Your cut off will go a bit high as compared to the west Bengal domicile students. Also there will be no relaxation in fee structure for non domicile students.
