Hi!

Yes, you can take UPSC exam if you are graduate or about to graduate. The eligibility criteria is that the aspirant should be between 21 years to 32 years and should be graduate (for IAS) or about to graduate. The degree should be from any University or college which is granted by UGC. If your college/University is affiliated and recognised by UGC committee then you can without any doubt take the exam.
