Hello Rashmi

You could answer this question better. first you need to think Whats your aim in Life (career)?

B.Ed  is not a course of study but its a training for becoming a teacher, specially helpful in School Teaching.

M.Sc. on other hand is mastering of a particular skill or subject you have learnt in your graduation. Plus it will open some more doors to pursue.

Employers will prefer a person with clear concepts and good CV.So, take up Masters first.B.Ed. could be done (as per your interest) after two years of Masters. If you want to become a teacher then masters will be a plus point with B.Ed and you will be allowed to teach in good schools with high pay for for higher classes.

Hope this helps you
