Hello Buupathi,

You have discontinued your fourth semester therefore you cannot have provisional certificate. It is provided only to those candidates who have completed their 3 year Diploma courses.

But you can surely get your SSC certificate ,you just need to Make affidavit of your duplicate 10th marksheet from the district court. And submit it to your respective board and they will provide you the certificate.
