Secondly, coming to your question, as per the information provided by you, you have completed your graduation back in 2017 and from then till October 2019 you weren't working or enrolled in any educational institute for some course, therefore the time between 2017 and 2019 which is approximately 2 years will be considered as your gap year.. In case you hold some degree or certification to justify your gap years, then it won't be a problem..
