Sometimes due to server error the amount gets deducted but payment will not be successful. You don't have to worry we would suggest you to make the payment once again only then your application is considered to be complete. The amount which was previously debited will get refunded to the same back account within 7-10 working days depending on the type of transaction and your bank. If not refunded then kindly contact the respective bank customer service.
