I have a domicile and address proof of Jharkhand, but I have completed my 10th from West Bengal. I also have the address proof for West Bengal but not a domicile. Am I qualified for 85% State quota in either of the states. ?

No, you do not need domicile certificate, but still you can keep it to be on the safe side. Since you have been bought up in gujarat, did you education there and you mentioned your address proof is also of Gujarat, you need not worry. You can sit for the neet mds state counseling. All the best!
