I am living in Gujarat for 17 years and I have also completed my 10th and 12th from Gujarat. But my parents are from Maharashtra and I was also born in Maharashtra. So I can have domicile certificate from which state? Also can I have domicile certificate for both state at the same time if eligible

No, you do not need domicile certificate, but still you can keep it to be on the safe side. Since you have been bought up in gujarat, did you education there and you mentioned your address proof is also of Gujarat, you need not worry. You can sit for the neet mds state counseling. All the best!
