Now talking about the main Manipal campus it has an NIRF ranking of 45 among other colleges in India so it makes clear that you need a high score to get in it, and your score is good but getting admission in main campus for IT seat is not that easy because, IT is very popular branch among students and everyone try for it so atleast you require more than 200 marks for IT in main campus but that doesn’t mean its over you can surely try in different campus as well where I’m sure you will definitely going to get seat in any of your desired field.
