With this Rank it will be not possible to get any good national level college.
I would suggest you to take drop ; if you are well focused and only wanted a good college. But take this decision very carefully and wisely because you need to compromise many things and study all the syllabus again .
This coming one year will decide your next 4 years ; you need to be well determined and focused and give your 100% towards studies.( I think you are familiar with the up and downs during preparation)
Otherwise; if you think that it will be hectic ; so you can take admission in state college ( Although there are some good college like YMCA ; DTU ; dcrust etc.).

I would like to inform you that with a percentile of 90.04 in Jee Mains 2019 is not that bad , but getting top branches in any national level seems to be a little difficult.
