See Delhi has a 15% quota for other state candidates - for IPU CET and DTU also. If you complete your class 12th in Haryana, you get the benefit of the state candidates whereas in Delhi, you will be a part of the innumerable candidates applying for other state quota. So my advice would be to not to appear as a private candidate etc for this.
