With a rank of 65000, NITs or GFTIs or CFTIs seem to be a tough call because architecture and planning usually occupy less seats in college and 65000 is a low rank. I suggest you can take admission in any private institute or if you are determined to study in govt college only then take a drop and go for it again! Best of luck
I suppose that you are talking about the architecture paper which is the paper 2 of the JEE main.
For paper 2, i regret to inform you that with a rank of 65k you will not be able to get admitted to any college by josaa counseling. Only a few participating colleges offer a degree in b.arch course as a result of which there are very few seats in josaa for the same. Only about a thousand students are admitted through it. So, it is a no for you.
Good luck!

Sorry it is not possible to get any good govt college with the rank 65000 as you have . If you are in general category then , there is no chance. But you can apply for B.tech in private colleges with that rank for sure. You might even get some scholarship with that rank . Or you can study and give exam again. I hope it helped.
