Hii! I wanna know the fields related to computer science which could i persue after 12.

Hello,
There are many fields that one can join in Computer Science stream after class 12th and may includes:

1. A  B.Tech/B.E ,4/5 year undergraduate course in Computer Science and engineering(CSE) or Information Technology(IT).

2. A diploma course  in Computer Science and IT, (Polytechnic).

3. BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application).

4. B.Sc ( CSE/IT) Bachelor of Science.

What's the difference between BCA and B.Tech in this field?

1. BCA is a 3 year undergraduate course offered by many regional colleges whereas B.Tech/B.E is generally a 4 year course.

2. Syllabus between BCA and B.Tech finds a bit difference with later comes more with programming area and is given more importance.

3. Exposure to job opportunities are vast after pursuing B.Tech as compared to BCA.

4. Pursuing B.Tech is more preferred by the students.
