I am extremely sorry but with 1.8lakh to 1.9 lakh rank you cannot get an mbbs seat in a government medical college.

For example,
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is UP. And in 2019 , 14621 rank was last / closing rank for government medical college under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich.
