Though you took a drop year you can still give ts eamcet and get reimbursement

If you get a rank below 10,000 you will get full fee reimbursement from government

If you get rank above 10000 and you belong to any reserved caste you still get some reimbursement.

So yes you can still give ts eamcet.once talk to your elders and teachers and take thier feedback!
