Hey, yes you can apply the forms even though you are giving your exams. The forms may or may not have the option of 'result waiting' as the option if you are filling it up online. If offline you can talk about it to the authority. If they still ask the marks you can give the marks that you already have, mid-term result or selection exam. I hope this helped.
