Dear applicant, if you leave the course in the midway like after the third semester you will not receive any Academic facilities from your college. Leaving the course will lead to Incomplete degree as well. So if you are left with no other choice than leaving the college then you can restart from the first semester into any renowned institution. Unless it is utmost required try to complete your degree from one college only.
