Hii I'm studying mechanical engineering 3rd year.. Can I change to computer engineering... & how

Yes,
You can change to computer science by giving GATE CS paper.
If you able to achieve good ranks with help of your gate score you can take admission in good institution.

Any department candidate can give GATE CS paper.

This is only way by which you can change your branch.
You cannot change branch now but in your master you have chance to change it.

No, you can not change your branch in 3rd year of engineering. Branch can be changed after the completion of 1st year only. But after your 2nd year you have to continue with whatever branch you are studying in. So, you have to continue with mechanical engineering.
