If you dont mention the state name then its really difficult to say since each state follow its own norms and regulations regarding opening of the colleges.Karnataka has decided to open the colleges and schools within this month.However it completely depends upon the health and welfare ministry of the state to decide when to open the schools and colleges and all.As soon as they decide and make the decision in public you will soon come to know through news channel or college's official site.So dont worry.
