No, That is only the tuition fees and hostel fees are set by the college itself and it varies from place to place. What i mean by that is if you are in bnagalore then you might have to pay almost a lakh anually and if you are in mangalore then your fees might be less.
So, Comedk upper limit fee structure is just the tuition fees.
