Your question is not clear. Are you studying in an IIT? Or you want to study in an IIT? And since you are already studying in the final year, I am assuming you are asking about MTECH admission. If that is the case, your percentage is important. In fact, your percentage is important in every case. Also, remember to convert the CGPA as per your university norms to apply for the IITs.
