Your marks are decent but very less to get to you any seat in government colleges through all India counselling. Every year the cut-off changes so much things depends on the same. For getting admission in medical line you at least need marks range more than 340 for any category. Hope you find it useful.

You seem to have very difficult chance sof getting a government medical seat though the chances may increase with private/ demmed medical college. Cutoff changes every year and a lot depends on category and state domicile but under even obc  category your chances are difficult. However, it is difgicult to tell you exact chances
